Message Hello.
this is my first pull and i have everything disconnected besides the a/c compressor. i've decided to go the route in pulling the engine with the trans still attatched to it. I've heard quite a few people say it makes life easier.
Anyways, i went to the parts store and bought Grade 8 bolts, (stronger bolts). i placed them on the side of the block where they're supposed to be...but is that enough support? i'm affraid something's going to snap, then i wouldn't really have a clean Z anymore, haha.
I've seen some people buy lifting straps and put them through the plenum, but i have my plenum off at the moment because i just deleted the EGR. should i put the plenum back on then buy a strap? or is there any other location i can add support to? or...am i just overreacting and just let the two bolts hold all that weight.
Thanks a lot everyone

anyways, the reason why i'm doing the pull is because i have coolant dripping on top of the driver's side turbo.
